Anthony M. Pagano

Anthony was born in Newark, New Jersey in 1965. His family moved to Toms River in 1980 and he graduated from Toms River High School North in 1983. While in high school, Anthony ran cross country, wrestled, and played baseball. Thereafter, he attended Wagner College and the University of Central Florida where he wrestled and received a Bachelor of Arts degree. He returned to school in 1995 and in 1997 he received his Juris Doctorate from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. Upon graduation, he began to work at Novins, York & Pentony where after only a few short years, he became a partner. In the interim, Anthony was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and United States District Court, District of New Jersey. He also became a member of the Ocean County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, American Bar Association, National Italian American Bar Association, Sports Lawyers Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Then, in 2010 he formed this firm where he now practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Workman's Compensation, Real Estate, Construction Law, Business & Corporate Transactions, Land Use, Elder Law, Estate Planning and General Litigation.

Anthony is also very involved in the community. He is a member of Ocean County Board of Realtors, USA Wrestling Association, Toms River-Ocean County Chamber of Commerce, and the Toms River Student Loan Fund. He is also a former member of the Columbia Civic League; past Division Chair of the Ocean County United Way; past Vice Chairmen of the American Heart Association; former member of the Board of Directors for both Toms River Little League, and Toms River Hockey Club; former President of the Rock Solid Wrestling Club; and former volunteer coach for Toms River Little League and Toms River Youth Soccer league as well as a volunteer coach for Raritan High School Wrestling.
